Learn a Flexible Approach to Strategic Planning
The Community Foundation of Eastern Connecticut is hosting a workshop expressly for nonprofits. It’s called Strategic Frameworks for Nonprofits and it offers an alternative to a more formal strategic planning, focusing on a flexible approach with the ability to adapt to change. James Schwarz, president of Compass Development & Governance, will lead the conversation.
