Diversity and inclusion get a lot of ink, and deservedly so. Nowadays, most people have moved past the definition of diversity as just related to skin color, and have broadened their understanding to take other things into account: age, gender, physical and mental ability, ethnicity and more. But these are still groups. The spirit of diversity and inclusion ultimately brings us to the point of appreciating and accepting each other on an individual basis.
